Who this covers

This policy explains how Keith Antony ("I", "me") handles information collected through this website (keith-antony.com). I am the data controller for the purposes of UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

If you have questions about this policy or how your data is handled, you can contact me at [email protected].

What I collect and why

This website does not have contact forms, user accounts, or payment processing. I do not directly collect personal information from visitors. However, some of the third-party services embedded on this site may collect data as described below.

Discovery call bookings (Cal.com)

When you book a call through the embedded calendar on this site, you are submitting your name, email address, and any other details you choose to provide directly to Cal.com. This data is processed by Cal.com in accordance with their own privacy policy. I receive and store that information in order to conduct the call and follow up as appropriate. The legal basis for this processing is the performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps at your request.

Email contact

If you email me directly, I will use your name and email address to respond. I do not add people to mailing lists without explicit consent. The legal basis is legitimate interests in responding to enquiries.

How long I keep data

Information shared during enquiries or booked calls is retained for as long as it is relevant to an ongoing or potential business relationship, and for up to two years after the last contact, unless you ask me to delete it sooner or I am required by law to retain it longer.

Some of the third-party services listed above may process data outside the UK or EEA, including in the United States. Where this occurs, it is on the basis of standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards as recognised under UK data protection law.
