I provide digital product design, development, and consulting services ("Services"). The specific scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and fees will be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Project Agreement agreed upon in writing before work commences.
Engagements
All professional engagements are subject to availability. I reserve the right to decline any project request at my discretion.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in a specific contract:

Client Ownership: Upon full payment of all fees, you will own the final deliverables created specifically for you. -
Background IP: I retain all rights to my pre-existing intellectual property, tools, methodologies, and open-source libraries used to create the deliverables. -
Portfolio Rights: I retain the right to display the work in my portfolio and social media for self-promotion purposes, unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) precludes this.
4. Payment Terms
For freelance engagements, the following standard terms apply unless superseded by a contract:
Invoices: Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date.
Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is typically required to secure a booking slot.
Late Fees: I reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at the statutory rate plus 8%.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with the Services or your use of this website.
My total liability for any claim arising out of a specific engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for that specific engagement.

7. Governing Law
